The game is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. ET. If you don’t have cable or can’t get to a TV, here’s a rundown of all your live stream options, which vary depending on if the game is televised in your market or not:

If The Game is Televised in Your Market
First, check to see what local channel the game is on in your area–it will be either ABC, CBS, CW, Fox or NBC. Then, if you sign up for one of the following cable-free, live-TV streaming services, you’ll be able to watch a live stream of your desired channel.

For example, for fans in Cincinnati, where the game is broadcast on CBS, Amazon Prime is going to be your easiest option. If you’re in Indianapolis, where the game is on Fox, either Hulu with Live TV or FuboTV will each work for your live streaming needs.

Here’s a rundown of all the streaming services, what they include, and how to sign up and watch (note that local channels are available live in select markets):

Amazon Prime

If you have Amazon Prime or want to start a free 30-day trial of Amazon Prime, you can watch all CBS content (both live and on-demand) via the CBS Amazon Channel, which also comes with a 7-day free trial.

Once you’re signed up for both Amazon Prime and the CBS channel, you can then watch a live stream of your local CBS channel on your computer via the Amazon website, or you can watch on your phone, tablet or streaming device via the Amazon Video app.

In addition to its massive Netflix-like library of on-demand movies and TV shows, Hulu also offers a bundle of 50-plus live TV channels, which includes ABC, CBS, CW, Fox and NBC. You can sign up for “Hulu with Live TV” right here, and you can then watch a live stream of any of those channels on your computer via the Hulu website, or on your phone, tablet or streaming device via the Hulu app.

If you can’t watch the game live, “Hulu with Live TV” also comes with 50 hours of Cloud DVR storage (with the ability to upgrade to “Enhanced Cloud DVR,” which gives you 200 hours of DVR space and the ability to fast forward through commercials).

A streaming service that is largely tailored towards sports fans, FuboTV includes CBS, CW, Fox and NBC. You can sign up for a free 7-day trial right here, and you can then watch a live stream of those channels on your computer via the FuboTV website, or on your phone, tablet or streaming device via the FuboTV app.

If you can’t watch the game live, FuboTV also comes with 30 hours of Cloud DVR (with the ability to upgrade to 500 hours), as well as a “72-Hour Lookback” feature, which allows you to watch games and shows up to three days after they air even if you forgot to record them. The main FuboTV channel package also comes with NFL Network, which will air a replay of every preseason game.

Fox and NBC are both included in the “Sling Blue” channel package. You can sign up for a free 7-day trial, and you can then watch a live stream of either channel on your computer via the Sling website, or on your phone, tablet or streaming device via the Sling TV app.

If you can’t watch live, you can get 50 hours of cloud DVR storage as an additional add-on. “Sling Blue” also comes with the NFL Network, which will air a replay of every preseason game, so you can also watch that way if you miss it live.

If The Game is Not Televised in Your Market
You can watch every out-of-market preseason NFL game online via NFL Game Pass, which costs $99.99 for the season (or four installments of $29.99). Once signed up, you can watch games on your computer via the Game Pass website, or on your phone, tablet or streaming device via the NFL app.

The Colts and the Bengals are in the rare position of facing each other in the preseason, and then face each other again in the regular season opener. For the Colts, the offensive tackle position has remained a major question throughout the preseason, and that’s something that head coach Frank Reich will try to rectify during tonight’s game.

Reich said that rookie Braden Smith will start against the Bengals at right guard, while veteran Joe Haeg will start at right tackle. The other candidates for the starting right tackle position are Tyreek Burwell, Le’Raven Clark, Austin Howard, J’Marcus Webb, and Mark Glowinski. Expect to see some of these names on the field, as they position will likely go to the player who most impresses Reich.

“I’m very confident in myself,” Haeg told Indy Star. “I think I understand the game well, but I also understand the best guy is going to play. I’m just going to keep grinding.” Smith was similarly confident during his interview, saying: “You just gotta be ready for whatever. I just do what I can at practice, but at the end of the day, they do what’s best for them.”

The Bengals have fared much better during the preseason, going 3-0. There was also the news on Tuesday when the team extended Geno Atkins and Carlos Dunlap for a combined $110 million, instantly bolstering the excitement of their fans.

That said, head coach Marvin Lewis doesn’t plan to give much playing time to his starters, who largely dominated the first three contests, and will instead be giving it to roster players eager to earn their keep. Don’t expect the most thrilling contest of the preseason, but at the very least, its a sign of the regular season football that’s right around the corner.

The fourth preseason game is most likely among the least desired for casual fans, but that is many gamers last opportunity to create an impression, not just on the Bengals but also for the remaining 31 NFL teams.

You probably won’t find any starters match up with this game since most teams use this week to provide their starters off a week before the real thing starts. Considering how attentive the Bengals have already been with players throughout training camp and the preseason, you need to expect Cincinnati to follow this trend.

We’ll see lots of backup players battling for roster spots. Such as the struggle for the last few wide receiver areas. Undrafted rookie Damion Willis has been named a starter for Week 1, so at most two spots are offered involving Cody Core, Josh Malone, and Stanley Morgan Jr.

BENGALS VS COLTS LIVE

Sam Greene Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Jake Dolegala (7) celebrates after a wide receiver Damion Willis (9) touchdown reception in the fourth quarter of the NFL Preseason Week 3 game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the New York Giants at Paul Brown Stadium in downtown Cincinnati on Thursday, Aug. 22, 2019. The Giants won 25-23. NFL teams must trim their rosters to 53 players by 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Thursday’s game is the last opportunity for players to put good plays on tape for all 32 teams. Many of the athletes on the field will be auditioning for an NFL job for the 31 other clubs.

The Colts had an eventful week. Andrew Luck stunned the NFL world when he announced his retirement from football. What was even more bizarre is news broke of his impending retirement during Indianapolis’ home preseason tilt against the Chicago Bears. Luck was on the sideline chatting with his teammates as fans were simultaneously checking their phones in complete disbelief.

Jacoby Brissett, who obviously won’t play Thursday, will take the reins as Indianapolis’ starting quarterback. Brissett, 26, has 17 career starts going into his fourth year. The Bengals are the first opponent for the Andrew Luck-less Colts.

Undrafted free-agent rookie quarterback Jake Dolegala is going to get his most extensive action on Thursday night. The quarterback is eagerly anticipating being behind center in the team’s preseason finale.

“I’m super excited. I’ve been waiting a while for this to happen. I’ve been waiting patiently. I think I’ve done just about everything I could do as far as mentally to get ready for this game,” Dolegala told The Enquirer.” I want to show I have command of the offense. I think I have to prove to them mentally that I can work through progressions, I can make the correct run checks (and) the correct protection checks. If I can do that well I think the coaches will think that’s good of me.”

In his first NFL game last week, Dolegala showed well for himself. He was 10-of-12 passing for 94 yards and had two touchdown passes. “I thought I did well. I know Zac (Taylor) did a good job with the play calls to set me up to succeed. I was happy with what I did,” Dolegala said of his performance in preseason game three.

The Enquirer predicts the rookie out of Central Connecticut State is headed for the Bengals practice squad. Renell Wren had his best preseason game last week. The fourth-round pick defensive tackle totaled three tackles and one quarterback hurry against the Giants. The Arizona State product is expected to play plenty versus Indianapolis. His technique in the interior continues to improve.

“My mindset is take the fundamentals to the field and let everything playout by itself,” Wren told The Enquirer. “The biggest thing is staying low and being explosive and have awareness of the football. I want to show the team that I have the capabilities to provide a lot for this team going down the long run.”

Rodney Anderson made his NFL debut last week after suffering an ACL tear in college last September. One of the biggest hurdles after returning from an ACL injury is mentally having confidence in the repaired knee.  The rookie showed he is confident in his right knee during his first game back. He planted on the knee a few times and had a burst catching passes out of the backfield.

Anderson’s 12 touches led the team in the 25-23 loss to New York. The Bengals starting cornerback won’t play versus the Colts. But he had strong feelings on Indianapolis fans booing Andrew Luck as the quarterback’s retirement news circulated around Lucas Oil Stadium last Saturday night.

“They disgusted me. They feel like we are robots and animals or in-caged people that have to abide by all their rules. That was very disrespectful. (Andrew Luck) has done so much for that organization,” Kirkpatrick told The Enquirer. “He is first class (and) he’s one of the nicer guys on the field. I definitely feel like they should’ve shown him more respect.”

The Bengals have a 16-11 record versus the Colts in preseason play. Indianapolis (0-3) is winless this preseason. The Benglas’ (1-2) one win came against Washington.

Setting the scene: The Bengals wrap up the 2019 preseason on Thursday night, when the Indianapolis Colts visit Paul Brown Stadium for the teams’ annual exhibition clash in the preseason finale. And while most of the Bengals’ starters are expected to have the night off, as is standard in this contest each year, there won’t be a shortage of intrigue or entertainment value. The Bengals’ offense figures to be led by rookie QB Ryan Finley, who has drawn praise all preseason for his impressive play. Finley has completed 73.4 percent of his passes (47 of 64) heading into Thursday night, and has three TDs, just one INT and a 99.3 passer rating.

Adding to the intrigue will be the play of rookie QB Jake Dolegala, who made his debut against the Giants last week. In a little more than a quarter of action, Dolegala, who played collegiately at Central Connecticut State, completed 10 of 12 passes for 94 yards and two TDs against the Giants, and ended the night with a 138.9 passer rating.

Another surprise from the Giants game was rookie HB Rodney Anderson, a Bengals sixth-round pick out of Oklahoma in April’s draft. After missing the first two preseason contests due to rehab from a torn ACL suffered in a college game last September, Anderson made his debut against the Giants and dazzled fans with athleticism and explosiveness.

Anderson spent four years at Oklahoma, but missed all or most of three seasons with different injuries. In 2017, his only fully healthy season for the Sooners, he rushed for 1161 yards and 13 TDs. Now fully healthy again, Anderson figures to see extended action against the Colts as he continues his return to form.

At wide receiver, college free agent Damion Willis looks to build on his impressive preseason thus far and further his push for a roster spot. A relative unknown coming out of college, Willis has turned heads since arriving from Troy University and enters Thursday’s game leading all Bengals receivers with nine catches for 118 yards and a TD.

On defense, all eyes are on the continued development of the Bengals’ young and emerging players. Perhaps the most closely watched is rookie LB Germaine Pratt, who is angling for a role in the defensive rotation at the start of the regular season. And along the defensive line, several tight roster battles figure to be shaken out against the Colts. Among those to watch in the trenches are DE Andrew Brown, DE Jordan Willis, DT Renell Wren and DT Josh Tupou.

The Bengals enter Thursday’s matchup 1-2 in preseason play, while the Colts are 0-3. The series: The Bengals lead the Colts 16-11 in preseason play. Cincinnati holds an 8-6 edge at home, and a 8-5 record as the visiting team. The Colts, however, have won the last three preseason meetings, including a 27-26 victory last year at Paul Brown Stadium.

Since 1992, the Bengals and Colts have played every year in preseason except 2000. All 27 preseason games between the two franchises have taken place since the Colts moved to Indianapolis from Baltimore.

In the official series rivalry, the Colts lead 19-12, including 2-0 in postseason. Cincinnati, though, has won the last two regular-season meetings, including a 34-23 thriller in last season’s opener in Indianapolis. The Bengals and Colts are not scheduled to meet in the 2019 regular season.

Parris Campbell made his return to the practice field Monday after dealing with a nagging hamstring. He could make his NFL debut Thursday night.

The Colts take on the Bengals in their preseason finale at Paul Brown Stadium in two nights, and head coach Frank Reich said “it’s looking like” the second-round pick Campbell will get some snaps in the game.

Reich said Campbell “got through practice well,” and hopes to use his reps in Thursday’s game to measure his progress and help determine if he could be good to go for the team’s regular season opener against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sept. 8.

Campbell missed the last 12 training camp practices, as well as the team’s three practices last week back at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center, as he worked his way back from his injury. Reich said the staff will try to find the right balance between getting Campbell back up to speed and just letting him get a feel for practices and games moving forward.

“Yes, he is a rookie, he needs to play, get a feel because he’s been out for a little bit,” Reich said. “The flip side of that is he’s played a lot of football, so he’s a smart guy, he’s stayed in it, so I think this is more a question about when we feel like he’s physically able to go.”

Campbell said Tuesday he was glad to “knock off some rust” in practice this week and is eagerly awaiting the opportunity to play his first game with the Colts.

“I feel back to my old self,” Campbell said. “I think I just need to get my feet wet, whether it’s a couple series, but I’m leaving it up to the training staff and the coaching staff; they know what’s right for me. But practice has been good.”

Reich confirmed Tuesday that the Colts’ starters will not play Thursday night against the Bengals. Most of the No. 1 offense and defense also didn’t play in Saturday’s preseason Week 3 game against the Chicago Bears, either.

“Yes, it’ll be similar,” Reich said of the gameplan for Thursday. “The ones won’t play; there might even be a couple other guys who don’t play.”

As usual, the last preseason game will serve as a perfect opportunity for those battling for the final roster spots on the Colts’ 53-man roster to state their case before final cuts begin later in the week. The Colts must make their final cuts from 90 to 53 by 4 p.m. ET Saturday.

“This is a great opportunity for the guys that are playing to get one last look on tape to show us and really show the league what you can do. (There are) tough decisions at the back end of the roster, and every play’s important.”

Wide receiver Devin Funchess has been dealing with a back injury in recent days, Reich confirmed Tuesday. But because the starters aren’t playing Thursday against the Bengals, Funchess has been held out of practice as a precaution.

“He had an incident in practice the other day where he kinda had a back spasm-type thing that we’re just trying to make sure to get him ready for Week 1 and play it safe since we knew he wasn’t going to be playing,” Reich said. “He’s making good progress and feel fairly confident he’ll be ready.”

Asked about an update on defensive end Jabaal Sheard, who underwent a minor knee procedure early during training camp, Reich said: “He’s continuing to make progress, but as far as closer to getting back, I have no update on that.”

Reich said he’s “optimistic” about the progress of running back Jordan Wilkins, who has been dealing with a foot injury in recent weeks, but does not yet have a timetable for his return. Tuesday’s practice marked just three days since quarterback Andrew Luck announced his retirement from the Colts and the NFL.

While the news evoked all sorts of emotions around the team’s facility, the busy schedule this week, heading into next week’s preparations for Week 1 of the regular season, left the Colts with no choice but to respectfully shift their focus back to football.

Reich said Tuesday’s agenda was a big step forward for his team. “You know, emotionally, emotionally felt like a more normal day,” Reich said. “Obviously the schedule is the fourth week preseason game, so that’s a little bit different. But I think now that all the announcements have been made and everything’s been done, I think we’re just in the mode (of), ‘OK, let’s just get ready for the season.’”

The final preseason game is pretty infamous for teams not playing their starters. It makes all the sense in the world for an NFL team to give their players an extra bye week before the regular season starts, but from a casual fan’s point of view, it could be hard watching a game without players like Joe Mixon or Andy Dalton even suiting up.

That doesn’t mean there isn’t intrigue. Cincinnati still has plenty of players on the roster bubble fighting for their NFL livelihood. Whether it is the wide receivers looking for the final few spots on the roster or young linebackers looking to stay on the team, there will be plenty to watch.

Bengals fans should also be treated to plenty of reps from backup rookie quarterbacks Ryan Finley and Jake Dolegala. Both have looked impressive over the preseason. Jeff Driskel and Dolegala could also be playing for their chance to be the team’s third quarterback (if the Bengals even decide to keep three quarterbacks).

As for the Colts, there probably isn’t a more depressed fan base going into the 2019 season. They just got news that quarterback Andrew Luck isn’t coming back this season or ever. He retired following the teams last game as he was working to come back from an injury. The team already planned on sitting quarterback Jacoby Brissett before that news broke, so expect to see plenty of Phillip Walker and Chad Kelly.

As far as former Bengals we’ll get to see on the Colts, fans will be able to get a look at defensive lineman Margus Hunt. He was a second round pick by the Bengals in 2013. He was drafted based on the potential of his NFL strength, but the Bengals’ coaching staff was never able to turn him into the player they envisioned when drafting him so high. He had a career-high five sacks last season.

This is the last game that doesn’t count for the 2019 season, and it is probably the last time we will see most of these depth players spend extensive time playing offense and defense. This is also the last prime time game the Bengals play this season.
